**Sales Coordinator - Job Description**

**Position Title**: Sales Coordinator
**Company**: Akash Steel Crafts Pvt Ltd
**Location**: VASHI
**Salary Range**: 22000 - 25000
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Director**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily sales operations and act as a central communication point between the sales team, production, dispatch, and clients.
- Track and follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales databases, order trackers, and CRM software.
- Ensure timely updates to clients on order status, delivery schedules, and any delays.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, outstanding orders, and follow-ups.
- Maintain close coordination with dispatch and accounts team for billing and delivery alignment.
- Assist in resolving client issues or escalations, ensuring client satisfaction post-sale.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks under pressure.
- Familiarity with steel products or industrial goods (preferred but not mandatory).

**Preferred Profile**:

- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Graduate (Commerce/Business/Engineering background preferred).
- Should live within 30-45 minutes of the office.
- Should be reliable, organized, and a team player

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
