Position: International Business Development ExecutiveWhat You'll Do
- Conduct country-specific market research to analyze disease profiles, identify essential medicines, and assess short-supply or high-demand products.
- Develop and implement business strategies tailored to each country's healthcare needs and market potential.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard local partners or distributors to manage in-country marketing, logistics, and distribution operations.
- Generate and pursue new business leads through professional communication, cold calls, and email outreach.
- Prepare and present product dossiers, quotations, and proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Logistics, and Manufacturing departments to ensure seamless order execution and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients and partners to support sustained business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Management.
- 0–2 years of experience in pharma exports or international business development (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Understanding of regulated and semi-regulated markets is an advantage.
- Self-driven, analytical, and capable of managing multiple international projects independently.
