  5. Customer Service:

  7. Addressing customer inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

  8. Inventory Management:

  9. Ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

  10. Ensuring that food, beverages, and other café products are always available.

  11. Financial Management:

  12. Managing budgets, sales targets, and expenses.

  13. Cash handling, managing transactions, and balancing cash registers.

  14. Overseeing bookkeeping and attendance of his store employees

  15. Health and Safety:

  16. Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

  17. Conducting regular safety checks.

  18. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the café.

  19. Marketing and Promotions:

  20. Creating and implementing promotional strategies to increase sales.

  21. Training employees to Up sell

  22. Menu Development:

  23. Analysing customer preferences and trends to adjust offerings.

  24. Equipment Maintenance:

  25. Ensuring all kitchen and café equipment are properly maintained and operational.

  26. Coordinating repairs and maintenance when needed.

  27. Compliance and Licensing:

  28. Ensuring the café adheres to all local laws and regulations.

  29. Maintaining necessary permits and licenses, such as health and business permits.
