Role Description

We are looking for an experienced
Area Manager
to oversee multiple franchise locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales, maintaining brand standards, and leading store managers to achieve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of
    outlets
    in the assigned territory.
  • Implement
    sales growth strategies
    and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure adherence to
    SOPs, hygiene, and compliance
    across locations.
  • Develop and mentor
    store managers
    to enhance team productivity.
  • Conduct periodic
    store audits
    and
    customer experience checks
    .
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for
    local store promotions
    .
  • Manage
    P&L responsibilities
    and optimize operational costs.
  • Report performance metrics and insights to
    senior leadership
    .
  • Handle staffing, training, and conflict resolution for store teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
    3-7 years in an Area Manager/Operations role in QSR, F&B, or retail franchises.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in
    inventory management, budgeting, and sales forecasting
    .
  • Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent
    communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
    abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to different store locations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience working with
    tea cafes, QSR chains, or multi-unit franchise operations
    .
  • Knowledge of
    POS systems, supply chain management, and store-level marketing
    .
  • Experience handling new
    store launches and franchise expansions
    .
