Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Performance Marketer in the Apparel Industry. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online and offline marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing performance data, managing paid advertising campaigns, and collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging marketing content. The role also involves monitoring marketing trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in paid advertising campaigns and digital media advertising
  • Strong skills in market research and data analysis
  • Expertise in content development for various marketing channels
  • Knowledge of google and meta ads.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and marketing software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
