Position Overview

We are seeking a
Performance Marketer
who can
strategize, implement, and optimize digital campaigns
to drive measurable leads and growth. This role includes
SEO strategy planning, execution, and coordination
with the digital team to enhance our online visibility and clinic conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to implement SEO best practices on website content, landing pages, blogs, and technical SEO aspects.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize campaigns and landing pages to achieve target CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI.
  • Manage audience segmentation, remarketing, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and web developers to ensure campaign creatives, website updates, and tracking setups are aligned with marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and SEO algorithm updates to continuously improve strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    performance marketing and SEO
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
    .
  • Experience in healthcare or service-based lead generation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and SEO data.
  • Experience managing a
    digital team or coordinating with content/web teams
    preferred.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and website UX best practices.
