Job description

We are looking for a results-driven 
Performance Marketing Specialist
with hands-on experience managing 
LinkedIn Ads
 and 
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across 
    LinkedIn
     and 
    Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
     platforms
  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, budget allocation, and bidding strategies
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution: audience building, creative briefing, copywriting, tracking, and performance optimization
  • Monitor campaign KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, formats, placements, and landing pages
  • Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives and messaging
  • Utilize tracking tools (UTMs, pixels, events) to ensure accurate measurement and attribution
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and performance marketing best practices

Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in 
    performance marketing
    , with direct hands-on experience managing 
    LinkedIn Ads
     and 
    Meta Ads Mandatory
  • Strong understanding of ad platforms interfaces (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Experience with campaign setup for both lead generation and conversion objectives
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as 
    Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag
    , etc.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) a plus
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Immediate joiners only
  • Meta Ads or Linkedin Ads experience mandatory
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing and attribution modelling
  • Experience running retargeting and lookalike campaigns
  • Knowledge of other ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Ads, YouTube Ads) is a bonus
