Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Gurugram. The Performance Marketer will develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, optimize digital marketing strategies, and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI. Responsibilities include overseeing paid advertising efforts, managing budgets, tracking key metrics, and collaborating closely with design and content teams to execute innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Social Media Ads), and Performance Optimization
  • Strong skills in Campaign Management, Data Analysis, and Marketing Analytics
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Excel for data tracking and reporting
  • Experience in A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Budget Management
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate sector or a related industry is a plus
