Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales for our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals. ● Manage and optimize meta tags and content for improved search engine visibility. ● Plan and execute SEO campaigns to increase organic traffic and improve website ranking. ● Create and manage e-commerce advertising campaigns across various platforms. ● Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize ROI. ● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and product to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
Requirements: ● Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing. ● Proven track record of managing successful meta, SEO, and e-commerce advertising campaigns. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. ● Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. ● Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing trends. ● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
