What You'll Do?

  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across
    Google Ads
    (Search, Demand Gen, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Drive
    keyword research, competitor analysis, and targeting
    strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing
    ad copy & creatives
    .
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns against KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions).
  • Set up and manage
    conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience lists
    using Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
  • Partner with product & design teams to improve
    landing pages and conversion funnels
    .
  • Deep dive into data to create actionable reports

Who we are looking for?

  • 4+ years of proven experience
    managing Google Ads campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Hands-on expertise with
    Performance Max campaigns
    for D2C brands.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing, consumer funnels & online shopping behavior.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with
    A/B testing experience
    .
  • Excellent communication & copywriting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Experience with paid ads on
    Meta, LinkedIn
    or other platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with
    Shopify platform
  • Understanding of SEO and its role in complementing paid campaigns.
