Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Sales Executive to drive end-to-end sales for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving revenue growth targets. This role demands a hunter mindset with the ability to consultatively sell HR technology solutions to large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle – from prospecting, lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and key stakeholders in enterprise accounts.

  • Understand client needs, map business challenges, and position our HR Tech solutions as the right fit.

  • Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless client experience.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging HR technology needs.

  • Manage CRM effectively to track pipeline, forecast sales, and maintain accurate reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or enterprise solutions.

  • Proven track record of hunting and closing enterprise accounts.

  • Strong understanding of the HR function, HR Tech landscape, and enterprise buying process.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment with high ownership.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales approach.
