SpotLet is India's first platform dedicated to short-term rentals for staycations, events, and film shoots. We enable property owners to monetize their spaces by providing verified listings, seamless onboarding, and strong market visibility. We are expanding rapidly and seeking driven individuals to support our acquisition and sales operations.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will support the outbound sales function by generating leads, conducting outreach, and assisting with the onboarding of property owners. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or interns looking to build a foundation in sales, hospitality tech, and property acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to property owners, villa operators, event venues, and farmhouses via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Assist in generating and qualifying leads through online research, networking, and digital tools.
Support senior team members with product demonstrations and onboarding presentations.
Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM systems and Excel reports.
Follow up with prospects to ensure smooth lead progression and onboarding.
Coordinate with the marketing team for basic campaign execution and lead nurturing.
Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
Candidate Requirements
B.Sc in Hotel Management (NCHMCT institutes preferred).
Industrial training (6 months) in a 4/5-star hotel (preferred).
Working knowledge of OTAs, PMS, Channel Managers, and revenue fundamentals (added advantage).
Excellent verbal communication in English; regional language proficiency preferred.
Strong command over Excel, reporting, and data organisation.
Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in voice calling, BPO, or customer support is an added advantage.
