This is a commission-based position, allowing you to earn uncapped commissions on high-ticket sales.
Role Overview:
As a SaaS Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing high-value deals with enterprise and mid-market companies. You will be working with decision-makers in the USA and UK to understand their business needs and present our SaaS solutions as the perfect fit for their challenges. This role offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to earn significant commissions based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the USA and UK markets.
- Leverage CRM tools and data to manage leads, track sales activities, and forecast opportunities.
- Use a variety of outreach methods, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to generate leads and set up meetings.
- Sales Presentations & Demos:
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations tailored to the client's business needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create customized proposals and sales pitches.
- Effectively communicate the value of our SaaS products to key decision-makers, from C-level executives to department heads.
- Negotiation & Closing:
- Lead negotiations and manage sales pipelines with an emphasis on closing deals effectively and efficiently.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, overcoming objections and ensuring the client is aligned with the right solution.
- Close high-value deals with long-term contracts (annual/enterprise-level agreements).
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business goals and providing insights to enhance their success with our solution.
- Market & Product Expertise:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position our product effectively.
- Be a subject matter expert on our SaaS products and their benefits, ensuring customers receive the best possible solution.
- Sales Reporting:
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance against quotas.
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.
Compensation:
- Uncapped Commission Structure:
Earn high-ticket commissions on sales, with the potential for significant earnings based on performance.
- Competitive base salary available for qualified candidates (if applicable).
- High commission percentage on closed deals with lucrative bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
