About the Company
Our client helps clients unlock property education opportunities through new builds, often using investing. Their clients are typically aged 18-35, own their home, and want to close the gap on retirement savings with high-return property strategies.
With integrity, transparency, and education-first values at the core, The offer is building a reputation as a trusted partner in the property space. You'll be the first closer, reporting directly to the founder, working closely with a small but ambitious team.
About the Role
As the first Closer on the team — you'll conduct a multi-step sales process of both triage and closing calls from hot referral leads.
Key Responsibilities:
· Run triage/discovery and closing calls with warm leads
· Manage pipeline via GHL
· Build and nurture your own pipeline through follow-ups
· Attend weekly alignment with leadership
· Represent with professionalism, transparency and an education-first approach
What We're Looking For
· Proven closer - 6–12 months+ in high-ticket remote sales OR have relevant experience and completed high ticket sales training
· Strong sales skills - discovery, consultative sales, objection handling
· Self-led operator - able to manage your time and pipeline without hand-holding
· Property investment experience personally or professionally, knowledge of SMSFs is a huge advantage
· Experience using CRM tools like High Level or Pipedrive
· Professional, articulate, hungry to win
