**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing **CRM, SaaS, and IT solutions**.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and business challenges.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner to non-technical clients.
- Schedule follow-up calls or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and responses in a CRM system.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in **cold calling, IT sales, SaaS, or CRM-related roles**.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to **explain technical products** effectively.
- Experience using and selling **CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)**.
- Familiarity with **SaaS products and IT solutions** is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejections.
- Proficiency in using **CRM tools** for lead tracking and reporting.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
