Cold Calling Intern

Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
- Generate 2–10 confirmed conversions or hot leads daily.
- Achieve at least 30 positive responses per day through engaging calls.
- Understand prospects' needs through active listening and empathetic communication.
- Not just pitch — but convince prospects why they might need the service through a consultative and friendly tone.
- Speak naturally, using a recommendation-style approach rather than a sales tone.
- Document all call details, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheet tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine scripts and strategies.
- Identify and generate organic leads through creative outreach methods (social media, referrals, etc.).
- Continuously learn about the product/service offerings to communicate value effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and listening skills in English.
- Basic understanding of marketing and lead generation.
- Strong persuasion skills with a friendly and relatable approach.
- Passion for connecting with people and handling rejections positively.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable making high call volumes daily.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools.
Duration: 1 Month Training + 6 Months Internship
Stipend: 3000 to 5000
Work duration: 4 to 6 Hours
