Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to potential clients.
  • Generate 2–10 confirmed conversions or hot leads daily.
  • Achieve at least 30 positive responses per day through engaging calls.
  • Understand prospects' needs through active listening and empathetic communication.
  • Not just pitch — but convince prospects why they might need the service through a consultative and friendly tone.
  • Speak naturally, using a recommendation-style approach rather than a sales tone.
  • Document all call details, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheet tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine scripts and strategies.
  • Identify and generate organic leads through creative outreach methods (social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Continuously learn about the product/service offerings to communicate value effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and lead generation.
  • Strong persuasion skills with a friendly and relatable approach.
  • Passion for connecting with people and handling rejections positively.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable making high call volumes daily.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools.

Duration: 1 Month Training + 6 Months Internship

Stipend: 3000 to 5000

Work duration: 4 to 6 Hours
