We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cold Calling Agent to join our dynamic team. The role involves outbound calling to U.S.based businesses to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales team. You must have a proven track record in cold calling and strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls daily to U.S.based businesses.
- Pitch services confidently and persuasively.
- Handle objections and follow-up with warm leads.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Meet weekly call and lead generation targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling for USA process (B2B preferred).
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with U.S. time zones and work culture.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in BPO/KPO or similar outbound processes.
- Knowledge of basic sales techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
