**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
- Engage in light fieldwork to meet clients, understand their requirements, and build relationships.
- Work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and pitch our services effectively.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and use this knowledge to identify client needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Comfortable with light fieldwork as needed.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience working with a digital agency is a plus.
