Job Title: Cold Caller - UK & Australia Process

Location: Remote Experience

Required: Minimum 3 years in UK or Australia-based cold calling

Compensation: Up to ₹8 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and confident Cold Caller with proven experience in the UK or Australian markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in outbound sales, lead generation, and appointment setting with a focus on building rapport and converting conversations into qualified opportunities.

This is a remote role for professionals who are proactive, results-oriented, and fluent in communicating with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the UK and Australian markets.
  • Present company services clearly, persuasively, and in line with regional expectations.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Follow provided scripts while adapting naturally during live conversations.
  • Consistently achieve weekly KPIs and performance goals.

  • Self-driven, organized, and target-focused
