**Job Summary**
We are seeking a results-driven and **financially savvy Account Executive** with direct SaaS sales experience and a strong understanding of finance operations — especially in the payables space. In this full-cycle sales role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities by articulating the value of Pazy to senior finance leaders.

As an early member of our sales team, you will not only drive revenue but also play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, refining sales playbooks, and building scalable processes. This is a high-impact role for a motivated closer who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and is passionate about solving real finance challenges through technology.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — to drive revenue growth for Pazy.
- Target and engage finance decision-makers (CFOs, VP Finance, Controllers) in mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Use consultative sales strategies to understand customer workflows, compliance challenges, and payables pain points.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, aligning Pazy’s capabilities with customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and forecasting in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer insights and influence product development.
- Contribute to the development of scalable sales processes and strategy as the team grows.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in a full-cycle closing role.
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, pipeline building, and consistent target overachievement.
- Proven experience closing 20+ deals per quarter with deal sizes ranging between ₹2L to ₹10L in ACV.
- Familiarity with finance workflows — especially in Accounts Payable, vendor payments, and audit compliance.
- Ability to understand and speak confidently about financial processes, challenges, and technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and consultative selling style.
- High adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-evolving startup environment.

**Nice to Haves**
- Prior experience selling SaaS or fintech solutions to finance departments.
- Exposure to tools like QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP integrations.
- Experience selling to financial services, or within a finance-focused tech company.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
