Job Summary:
STRATEXP REALITY LLP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage post-booking client interactions. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, coordinating payment follow-ups, managing slab-wise disbursement schedules, and assisting in agreement documentation to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients after booking is completed.
- Follow up with clients for timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
- Coordinate slab-wise disbursement with clients and financial institutions.
- Ensure all required documents and agreements are signed and submitted on time.
- Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate internally with sales, accounts, and legal teams for smooth processing.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on customer payment status, pending documentation, and escalations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's & Master's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, or real estate coordination.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Positive, client-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of real estate industry norms and slab-wise disbursement processes is a plus.
- Well versed in English, Hindi & Marathi.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
