Job Summary:

STRATEXP REALITY LLP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage post-booking client interactions. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, coordinating payment follow-ups, managing slab-wise disbursement schedules, and assisting in agreement documentation to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients after booking is completed.
  • Follow up with clients for timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
  • Coordinate slab-wise disbursement with clients and financial institutions.
  • Ensure all required documents and agreements are signed and submitted on time.
  • Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate internally with sales, accounts, and legal teams for smooth processing.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer payment status, pending documentation, and escalations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's & Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, or real estate coordination.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Positive, client-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry norms and slab-wise disbursement processes is a plus.
  • Well versed in English, Hindi & Marathi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
