About the Role:

We're looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Executive with hands-on experience in residential property sales to join our dynamic team.

If you have a passion for real estate, strong client communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals — we'd love to have you on board

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of residential real estate projects through site visits, lead follow-ups, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for smooth client management.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable working on weekends (with a weekday off).
  • Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and site visits.
