Inside Sales Engineer (Female)
Experienece : 1 -2 yrs (software sales)
Location : Viman Nagar, Pune
Salary: Best in Industry Salary + attractive Incentive
Education – BE Mechanical/Electrical/Civil
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and targeted outbound outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement.
Software Solutions Expert: Communicate the value of our software products to potential
clients, articulating how our solutions can address their unique challenges and enhance their business operations. (Ex. Creo Parametric, E-Plan, Altair, Mesys )
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads, routing promising opportunities to the
appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on accounts and industries to identify key
players and generate interest through customized proposals that resonate with their pain
points.
Database Management: Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your
assigned territory, ensuring effective tracking of leads and sales activities.
Salary:
For Freshers- 18k in hand
For Experience – depends on the interview or experiences.
Experience - 1 to 2 Years of experience in software sales (freshers are welcome)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,668.80 per month
