Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand visibility and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital tools like Zoho Social, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset for campaign planning and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design campaigns and events for THW at societies, exhibitions, and partner locations.

• Set up and manage stalls, handle product sampling activities, and gather customer feedback.

• Actively engage with potential customers, communicate brand values, and generate leads or sales.

• Assist in building and managing local partner/vendor relationships.

• Own and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

• Use tools like Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, or equivalent platforms for scheduling, email marketing, and performance tracking.

• Manage WhatsApp marketing and social media activities during campaigns.

• Coordinate with design, sales, and other teams to ensure consistency in communication and visuals.

• Track, analyze, and report campaign KPIs across platforms.

• Adapt and optimize strategies based on insights and campaign performance.

• Support CRM and email marketing efforts through segmentation, execution, and analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.

Experience:

• Two years of relevant experience (internships or freelance projects are a plus).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on experience with digital tools like Zoho, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.

• Strong skills in analytics, reporting, and decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
