We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating internally to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring timely communication.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, tech, marketing) to ensure client deliverables are met on time and to expectations.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and project updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
