  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, bids, and tenders for construction projects.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the estimating, operations, and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on performance metrics to senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet targets and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
