Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our KTM bike showroom sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales staff, enhancing customer experience, and driving business growth.
The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a passion for automobiles and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase walk-ins and conversions.
- Manage showroom operations and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate new leads.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Train new sales staff and improve team performance through regular reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / Automobile or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales (two-wheeler experience preferred).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of KTM products will be an advantage.
