Greeting and Assisting Customers
Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience to every customer.
Understand customer preferences and guide them to suitable product choices.

Product Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Titan’s watch collections, new arrivals, technical features, and style trends.
Confidently explain product specifications, brand values, and warranty information.

Sales Transactions
Accurately process sales using POS systems.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments while maintaining billing accuracy and managing receipts.

Customer Relationship Building
Build long-term customer relationships through trust and personalized service.
Encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty by offering consistent, high-quality interactions.

Handling Inquiries and Complaints
Address customer questions, concerns, and product returns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with after-sales service teams when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Meeting Sales Targets
Work proactively to achieve and exceed individual and store-level sales goals.
Participate in sales initiatives and promotional events to boost performance.

Upselling and Cross-Selling
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products (e.g., straps, accessories) based on customer needs.
Promote current offers, combos, or premium collections to enhance average transaction value.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
