Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Zuvy Store, you will spearhead business expansion, drive field operations, and deliver revenue growth across multiple territories. This is a strategic leadership role combining people management, client acquisition, and market intelligence to build a scalable and high-performing sales ecosystem for Zuvy's AI-powered Ad-Tech. SaaS platform.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management - Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 30 Field Sales & Marketing Executives. Drive sales culture, training, and performance standards.
2. Business Growth & Client Acquisition - Acquire and manage enterprise, SME, and agency-level clients. Deliver consultative pitches and recurring business.
3. Revenue & Operations - Own monthly/quarterly P&L targets, execute structured field reporting, and drive territory expansion.
4. Brand & Market Leadership - Represent Zuvy Store at conferences, expos, and B2B events.
5. Analytics & CRM Governance - Use CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for analytics and performance insights.
