We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and enhance customer relationships at our Ather Showroom. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction, timely follow-ups, and efficient handling of all inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, test ride scheduling, and product information requests.
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM software) with accurate and current information.
  • Follow up with leads generated through campaigns, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding and coordinate with the delivery and service teams.
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly customer follow-up reports.
  • Assist the sales and service team in upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and customer engagement events.
  • Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and collect testimonials.
  • Prepare and share regular CRM performance reports with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer relations, or front office (automotive or EV industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
