Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve the company's offerings.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
