JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Customer Relationship Executive to handle client interactions, provide support, and maintain positive customer relationships. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIIES

  • Communicate with customers via phone, or in person.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate support or information.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Handle basic inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Assist in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • Fresher or up to 1 year experience can apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
