Job Summary:

The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service in the showroom by assisting customers, addressing their queries, ensuring a smooth buying experience, and maintaining strong relationships to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Location - Kavugal and Puthanathani

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and provide assistance as needed.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them about products, features, and prices.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a polite and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely follow-up and delivery.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
  • Ensure the showroom's appearance is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, purchases, and service requests.
  • Assist in processing billing, payments, and documentation.
  • Support showroom events, promotions, and marketing activities.
  • Strive to achieve customer satisfaction targets and contribute to the showroom's sales goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or front-desk roles (showroom experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with strong customer-handling abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Fluency in English and local language is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
