Job Description

PSN Automotive Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Care Executive (Male candidates preferred) for our Commercial Vehicle Division (Volvo & Eicher) at Malappuram. The role involves managing customer relations, coordinating service activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our commercial vehicle clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service and vehicle support.
  • Coordinate with service teams for vehicle maintenance and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Collect customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Support after-sales service, warranty, and AMC coordination.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer interactions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / Graduate (preferred in Automobile, Mechanical, or Business Administration).
  • Excellent communication in Malayalam & English; Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Customer-focused and good problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the automobile or commercial vehicle industry preferred.
