This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to manage and grow a key sales territory, build strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and contractors, and lead a sales team to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, including architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our market share in the commercial and residential sectors.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and showroom events.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role, preferably in the building materials, home decor, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of tile and flooring products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
