Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Cochin. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and monitoring market trends. Daily tasks will include visiting clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and reporting on sales activities and performance. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales strategy development and market research
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Familiarity with sales reporting and performance monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the food and agriculture industry is a plus
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
