We are looking for an Area Sales Manager(ASM) to lead and drive sales within a defined region. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing local strategies to meet sales targets, building relationships with key clients, and identifying growth opportunities in the area.

Salary: ₹35,000/month + travel, accommodation and food allowances. Incentives based on performance, post-probation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and collection targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Ensure timely payment collections and customer satisfaction.

  • Report and analyze industry trends and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with team management skills.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

  • Strong communication skill
