- Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Set sales targets for each branch within the area and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Coach and motivate branch managers to maximize sales potential and customer acquisition
- Identify and implement strategies to increase market penetration and market share in the assigned region
- Operational Management:

Monitor day-to-day operations of branches, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Review financial performance of each branch, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action
- Manage staff performance, including recruitment, training, and development of branch managers and sales teams
- Customer Relationship Management:

Foster strong customer relationships by addressing customer concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement
- Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region and develop strategies to capture them
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and partners within the local market

Reporting and Analysis:

Regularly analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and operational updates
- Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales leadership within the financial services industry, preferably with experience in gold loans

Strong understanding of financial products and lending practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets

Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions

Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field
