
Manager / Senior Manager - Sales Training & Development

Roles & Responsibilities of the position:
- Drive Sales Training programs for field teams
- Conduct Induction training for new joiners
- Design and deliver Development Programs for capability building
- Create and implement Managerial Development Plans
- Develop and manage learning content through the LMS (Learning Management System)
- Conceptualise and deliver innovative training modules, contests, and engagement plans
- Work closely with the Cluster team to understand training effectiveness for trainings planned
- Cater to trainings in the learning roadmap as well as other business requirements
- Deliver ad-hoc business required trainings
- Support businesses with specific projects, new product/process designed (like product launches and ongoing contests)
- Update MIS & Trackers regularly + diligently
- Field work & Observations for FLS
- Travel as & when required
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Sales Training, Capability Development in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Pharma field force training experience is a must.
- Prior experience in designing and delivering sales capability programs, induction, product training, and managerial development interventions.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in selling skills training and field force capability building.
- Ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules, both classroom and virtual.
