Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify performance gaps and learning priorities.
  • Design, develop, and deliver Sales, Product, and Behavioral Training programs.
  • Organize and conduct Field Training, Classroom Training, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for sales teams and new hires.
  • Implement Training Management Systems for tracking attendance, effectiveness, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with business heads and line managers to align Learning & Development programs with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring sessions to develop managerial capability.
  • Monitor and evaluate Training Delivery effectiveness through assessments, participant Feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Support Team Building and Employee Engagement initiatives to promote a learning culture.
  • Prepare Training Reports, dashboards, and maintain updated training calendars.
  • Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for content creation, analytics, and presentations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in Learning and Development methodologies.
  • Proven experience in Sales Training and Product Training (preferably in pharma domain).
  • Excellent facilitation and Training Delivery skills.
  • Ability to design and conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Field Coaching.
  • Strong Mentoring, Coaching, and Leadership abilities.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good command over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
