### About the Role

Cogniter Technologies is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to develop strong communication skills, gain hands-on exposure to global markets, and build a solid foundation in IT sales and client relationship management.
### Key Responsibilities
###
- Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in preparing proposals, responding to client inquiries, and managing communication with international clients.
- Support lead-generation efforts, including email outreach, prospect follow-ups, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure effective communication with clients.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and update client databases regularly.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets and overall business growth.
- Participate in training sessions to understand company services, sales strategies, and market trends.
### Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing (preferred but not necessary).
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable using modern sales tools and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
