Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring their satisfaction. Core responsibilities include research and lead generation, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to meet business objectives. The role requires effective communication skills to interact with potential clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential opportunities effectively.
  • Understanding of Business strategies, including market analysis and execution to support growth.
  • Excellent Communication skills to build meaningful client relationships and support business negotiations.
  • Experience in Account Management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving within a business context.
  • Prior work experience in business or other professional settings is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
