Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management (CRM), and renewable energy market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies for revenue growth.
- Experience in team leadership and performance management.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and target orientation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and expand business opportunities.
- Familiarity with solar or power sector sales is a strong advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales executives and telecaller teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and client segments.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment in branding and delivery.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
- Continuously enhance team performance through training and performance evaluations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16, ₹35,184.58 per month
