Job Description:
Lead Generation & Business Development
Find new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online searches.
Build a list of potential clients to grow sales.
Sales & Negotiation
Present company products or services to customers.
Meet with clients, give product demos, and explain benefits.
Customer Relationship Management
Keep good relationships with existing customers.
Help customers with their questions or problems after the sale.
Use CRM software to update and manage customer details.
Market Research & Analysis
Study the market to understand new trends and what competitors are doing.
Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan and run marketing activities like email campaigns and social media promotions.
-Help organize trade shows, events, or product demos.
