Ads Street is a dynamic digital performance marketing agency that partners with brands across industries to build, manage, and scale high-performing ad campaigns. We focus on driving measurable business growth through smart media buying, creative optimization, and data-led strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics like ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, and take timely optimization actions.
  • Maintain and update campaign reports in Excel/Google Sheets for ongoing analysis.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to refine ad copy, creatives, and targeting.
  • Communicate with clients for campaign inputs, updates, and approvals.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing ads and improve ROI.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts.
  • Must have a personal laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Canva for creating quick creatives or ad mockups.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or LinkedIn Ads.

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Flexible with work timings and deadlines.
