Together, RVR School of Photography and RVR PRO Photography combine education and creativity and we're looking for a passionate Social Media Marketing Executive to help us tell our story, showcase our work, and connect with our growing audience online.

Job Summary

The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital content for both the school and the photography company. The role requires creativity, strategy, and technical skill to build an engaging online presence that attracts students, clients, and photography enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement monthly social media and digital marketing strategies for both brands.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content — including photos, reels, short videos, and stories — that highlight student work, workshops, shoots, client projects, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community building across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to generate leads for courses and photography services.
  • Collaborate with photographers, cinematographers, students, and creative teams to capture real-time content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance; prepare monthly reports and suggest improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in photography, cinematography, and social media marketing.
  • Develop influencer collaborations, partnerships, or student ambassador programs to boost visibility.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of photography, visual storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of photo/video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or CapCut).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for photography and the visual arts is a strong plus.
