We're looking for a Social Media Manager & Creative Designer who can plan, create, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms. If you understand what makes people stop scrolling and can turn ideas into visuals that connect, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns aligned with client goals and audience insights.
  • Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and performance optimization.
  • Stay on top of trends, hashtags, and viral formats — and creatively adapt them for client brands.
  • Design engaging posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and marketing strategists to produce cohesive campaigns.
  • Track and report on social media performance, engagement, and growth metrics.

Skills & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, community growth, and platform algorithms.
  • Design proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • Excellent sense of visual storytelling and brand identity.
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and writing skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple brands and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
