
Telesales Executive

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via website, email, chat, or social media.
- Promote and sell products/services through online platforms (e-commerce sites, company website, social media, etc.).
- Generate and qualify leads using digital marketing tools and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
- Up sell or cross-sell the products.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales deals.
- Assist customers with order placement, payment, and after-sales support.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and product improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
