1. Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram) where applicable.

2. Content & Branding

  • Create, edit, and publish content for social media, blogs, marketing materials, and company website.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Coordinate with designers for creatives, banners, and promotional materials.

3. Market Research

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Compile findings into actionable reports for management.

4. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Generate leads through campaigns, events, and online activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support and follow-up strategies.
  • Track and manage marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).

5. Communication & Client Interaction

  • Engage with potential customers through email, calls, and social platforms.
  • Assist in building relationships with partners, vendors, and clients.

6. Event & Campaign Coordination

  • Coordinate offline and online events, workshops, webinars, and promotions.
  • Manage event logistics, registrations, and post-event follow-ups.

7. Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
  • Suggest improvements to increase ROI and conversions.

8. Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain marketing databases, lists, and documentation.
  • Support general marketing activities and team coordination.
