Position Overview

As a
Social Media Content Creator
, you will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, managing our social platforms, and building a strong online community around our brand. You will work closely with our recruitment and leadership teams to promote job openings, highlight company culture, and attract both candidates and clients.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in
    social media management or content creation
    (staffing/recruitment industry is a plus).
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and design skills.
  • Proficiency with
    Canva, Adobe tools (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe premium)
    or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and digital strategy.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube algorithms and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and generate fresh ideas.
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
